TERMS OF SERVICE
★ I reserve all rights & ownership of any art that I create, this includes Commission work.★ I have the right to deny or cancel service for within any reason.★ Please be patient with me when it comes to Commissions.
I have a life outside of Social Media & Art.★ Please don't be rude to me.★ You may ask how the Commission is going, but please do not ask me every minute, hour or day. Please at least give me 2 weeks or more to ask how it's coming along.★ Please at least let me know first if you'd like to cancel a Commission, instead of just ghosting me.★ Please do NOT remove my Watermark / Signature from my Art.★ You are free to use the Commissioned Art for personal use. Such as Profile Pictures. as long as I am properly credited.★ You many NOT use any Commissioned Art for profit/sale, AI, NFTs, Harmful / Hateful content, anything that's problematic, etc.★ Do NOT claim my Art as yours, and that you drew them.★ Do NOT copy, steal, heavily reference my Art.★ Do NOT request / beg / pressure me to draw anything I am NOT comfortable with, such as: NSFW, heavy Gore, etc.★ A clear, visible Refsheet Image of the Character(s) you'd like drawn must be provided with your Commission request.★ Please do NOT complain about my Commission prices. As I am not good at pricing. Although, I do try to price my Art at what I THINK is fair and what I'm comfortable selling my Art at.★ You will receive your Commission by Discord, ToyHou.se and / or Email.★ I will contact you to provide updates on my progress.★ Refusing to pay when I ask, upfront or after I show the Sketch, will not give you your Commission.★ If you have any questions, feel free to ask me! ^^
PAYMENT INFOMATION
★ I ONLY take PayPal.
I do take £££ / GPB.★ Payment is either upfront or after I shown the Sketch.★ I will NOT take payment after the finished Commission, to prevent being scammed.★ Payment should be within less then 3 days. But if something comes up, please let me know! We can negotiate.★ 100% refund if I cancel the Commission myself or if the client requests to cancel before I have started on the Commission.
★ 50% refund if the client requests to cancel the Commission when the Art is in the sketch stage.
If the product is after the Sketch, nearly finished or is finished, you will not be refunded.★ No refunds are accepted after a Commission is past the sketch stage. You will receive the Commission on where it is at. Specially if I have completely finished the Commission★ I currently do NOT take any other payment methods besides PayPal.★ My prices CAN be negotiable, depending on the price.★ If you have any questions regarding Payment Information, feel free to ask! ^^
